IP Communications Veteran Anders Eriksson Joins Ingate Systems as Chief Executive Officer

STOCKHOLM – October 7, 2008 Ingate® Systems (www.ingate.com), a leading developer of enabling technologies for service providers, IP-PBXs and end-users and secure enterprise SIP communications products with secure SIP trunking, NAT traversal and remote connectivity solutions, announced today that IP communications visionary Anders Eriksson has joined Ingate as Chief Executive Officer.

Anders Eriksson most recently served as chief executive officer and member of the board for Zitius Service Delivery AB, a leading broadband communications operator in Sweden that he co-founded in 2003. Zitius enjoyed tremendous growth with him at the helm, and soon found itself as the premier neutral broadband operator, challenging incumbents in the region.

He also held a pivotal leadership role at Alcatel Nordics (now Alcatel-Lucent), a global supplier of telecommunications equipment and services, where he led the Broadband Communications Division as general manager, based in Denmark.

He steered Alcatel Nordics through post-merger integration activities after the company acquired Newbridge Networks A/S, a leading Canadian broadband and telecommunications equipment manufacturer, where Anders Eriksson had served as Chief Executive Officer of the Nordic operations.

Previous to Alcatel Nordics, he was sales director for the Network Systems Division at Siemens in Sweden.

He is a graduate of the Linkoping Institute of Technology (Sweden), where he received a Master of Science degree in Industrial and Management Engineering.
